1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Arion Terminal ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Arion Terminal is a desktop application that provides financial market data visualization, charting tools, and research features. The App displays data from third-party sources including but not limited to Yahoo Finance, Finnhub, and the SEC EDGAR system.

3. Not Financial Advice

Arion Terminal is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner. The App is a data visualization tool only. Nothing in the App constitutes financial advice, investment recommendations, or trading signals. All investment decisions are made solely by you at your own risk.

4. Data Accuracy

Market data displayed in the App is sourced from third-party providers and may vary in timeliness depending on the data source and your subscription tier. While we endeavor to display accurate and current information, we make no representations or warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or timeliness of any data. Data is provided by third-party sources and may contain errors, omissions, or delays. Users should independently verify all information before making financial decisions.

5. Assumption of Risk

Trading and investing in financial markets involves substantial risk of loss. You acknowledge that:

• Past performance does not guarantee future results
• Backtesting results are hypothetical and may not reflect actual trading
• You are solely responsible for your trading and investment decisions
• You may lose some or all of your invested capital

6. Accounts and Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your credit card information. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

• Subscriptions are billed monthly at the rate displayed at time of purchase
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your profile settings
• Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial months

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the App
• Attempt to circumvent any access restrictions or payment systems
• Use automated tools to scrape data from the App

8. Intellectual Property

Arion Terminal, its logo, design, and code are the intellectual property of Arion Terminal. All rights reserved. Third-party data and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arion Terminal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or trading losses, arising from your use of the App.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
